BOL Builder Updates:

• Added flash yellow background animation around the “Auto Generate BOL” button in its new location.
• Included a small “?” icon with a description next to the "Auto Generate BOL" button for guidance.
• Replaced the “Upload BOL” option with the “Auto Generate BOL” feature.
• Moved the custom BOL upload option into the BOL Builder section.
• Removed the top-right “BOL Builder” button (only visible if communicated).

Shipper Enhancements:

• Added the ability to adjust the time before Nitro functionality is triggered.
• Added new fields for special instructions for Pickup (PU) and Delivery (DEL).
