Key Updates

1. Shipper Enhancements

• Create Quote:
  • Users can now specify stop types as Pickup, Delivery, or Both when setting up LTL shipments
  • Increased the PO/PU limit from 25 to 100 for better scalability

2. General Improvements

• LTL:
  • Only users associated with Armstrong can now view LTL quotes, restricting visibility for others
  • Armstrong, as the exclusive LTL provider, will have visibility control, while other users will not see LTL-related shipments
• Admin: Freightro Admins can now view provider quote conversion metrics directly in the UI

5. Bug Fixes

• Create Quote: Prevented unintended City/State changes due to auto-updating
• Load page: Fixed misspelled "Shipment" in the filter dropdown
• BOL: Corrected BOL details when handling multi-stop shipments and fixed some wrong information
• 3rd Party Chat: Phone number and last name are now hidden and set First Name is optional

Private Marketplace Enhancements

1. Shipper Enhancements

• Create Quote:
  • The consignee’s email and phone fields are now optional when awarding a shipment
  • Have full control input pickup & delivery details (city, state, zip code)
  • Hot Shot option in Quick View is now set as default for intuitive data entry
  • Full View fields can now accept value 0 without needing a confirmation prompt
• Tag Management: Users can now view tag information associated with their profile
• Quote Details:
  • System now displays all providers who had visibility to the quote.
  • Shows either the bid value or a pending tag for providers who haven’t bid yet

2. General Improvements

• Export Data: Users can now export global contacts into an Excel file for easier management and external sharing.
• Timezone Setting: Admin users can now set timezone

Fixes & Small Improvements

• Create Quote:   
  • Fixed an issue where pickup time and delivery time were not being properly enforced in a logical sequence
  • Fixed issue where data entered in Quick View did not properly reflect in Full View
• Wrong URL in Email: Fixed an issue where incorrect URLs were being sent in system emails
• Reporting: clear data structures and a flattened approach, can download reports for quotes, loads, and shipments as an Excel file for all time or a selected date range.
• Global Contacts: New address fields in Global Contacts now match those in the Shipper module for consistency.
